O R D E R

% 18.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner, the husband and respondent no.2/complainant, the wife have settled their disputes amicably and, therefore, FIR No.301/2009 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at police station Tilak Marg on the complaint of respondent no.2, and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Ichha Ram P.S. Tilak Marg. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will, voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and in view of the settlement arrived at with petitioner, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the husband

and the wife, i.e. the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.301/2009 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC registered at police station Tilak Marg, and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
