% 06.01.2016 The learned counsel for the parties submit that with the consent of the parties, the Award dated 20th August, 2014 was modified on 13th January, 2015 in OMP No.1644/2014,. The order is binding on the parties. In the circumstances, till the Award is satisfied in terms of the aforesaid order, the parties shall maintain status quo apropos the suit property, i.e., Omnitech House, A-13, Cross Road No.5, MIDC, Andheri, Mumbai-400093.
