In view of the same, ministerial order dated 15.01.2016 for transfer of the present matter to Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, is modified and the matter now stands transferred to East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
