This is a joint petition filed by the parties herein seeking extension of time for conclusion of Arbitration proceedings. 3.

Record shows that the arbitral tribunal entered upon reference on 30.05.2017 and that extension was granted for further 6 months, albeit, with mutual consent of parties on 27.04.2018. The 6 months period would thus expire on 10.11.2018.

I am told that the matter is still at the stage of pleadings. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 305/2018

I am further informed that parties do not intend to lead oral evidence in the matter.

Having regard to the aforesaid, time for concluding the arbitration proceedings and pronouncement of the award is extended by another 6 months commencing from 11.11.2018.
