Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction to respondents No. 1 and 3 to formulate and implement rules and regulations regarding pensionary benefits akin to those being given to similarly placed societies, for its employees at the earliest.

A similar issue came before this court for adjudication in W.P.(C) 7510/2018 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 23.07.2018. 3.

In view of the order dated 23.07.2018 passed in W.P.(C) 7510/2018, I hereby dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate appeal before the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from today.
