% 12.11.2018 The role assigned to the petitioner is that he caught hold of the deceased while co-accused stabbed the deceased. Initially, FIR was registered under Sections 307/120-B/34 IPC. Deceased died after four days from the date of receiving injuries. Accordingly, offence under Section 307 IPC was converted into Section 302 IPC. Petitioner is in custody for more than two years.
Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
