% 02.06.2016 Crl.M.A. 9498/2016 (Direction) The present application has been filed by the counsel for the petitioner for extension of time granted by this Court vide order dated 07.12.2015.

The record reveals that this Court vide order dated 07.12.2015 directed the Trial Court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same preferably within six months. I have gone through the contents of the application and have heard the counsel for the petitioner.

The direction give by this Court was to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six

months. So, there is no need to pass any fresh order for extension of time as the direction was only to conclude the trial 'preferably within six months'.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
