% 22.10.2018 Petitioners are aggrieved by grant of sanction by respondent-DDA on 9th July, 2018. Although it is the case of petitioners that an order under Section 30 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 has been passed, but the remedy against the grant of sanction is to approach the Appellate Tribunal by recourse to Section 31-B of the Delhi Development Act, 1957.

Let petitioners first invoke the aforesaid provision to seek the relief as sought in this petition. As such, this petition and the pending application are accordingly disposed of.
