This is an Application filed under Order I Rule 10 read with Order XXII Rule 10 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, for the deletion of Defendant No. 2 and recording the name change of Defendant No. 1. 2.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Parties have entered into a Settlement.

The learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has no objection if the present Application is allowed.

Accordingly, the present Application is allowed. Defendant No. 2 is deleted from the array of the Parties and the name of Defendant No. 1 is changed from Keystone Realtors Private Limited to Keystone Realtors Limited.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the Parties have been able to settle this matter through Mediation and the Settlement Agreement dated 15.09.2025 ("Settlement Agreement") entered into between the Parties is placed on record. The Parties are directed to be bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

The learned Counsel for the Parties submit that the present Suit may be decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. 9.

Accordingly, the Suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement. Let the Decree Sheet be drawn up accordingly. 10.
