% 14.01.2016 The affidavit of undertaking dated 02.12.2015 on behalf of the Petitioners has been filed incorporating all the terms and conditions as contained in the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 18th November, 2015.

Thereafter, the Respondent has filed the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking dated 10.12.2015.

In view of the facts that the affidavit of acceptance of undertaking having been filed on behalf of the Respondent, the affidavit of undertaking filed on behalf of the Petitioners is hereby accepted.

Nothing further is required to be done in this matter as the petition already stands disposed of vide order dated 18th November, 2015 of the Hon'ble Court.
