% 22.10.2018 The appeal already stands disposed of by an order dated 15.10.2018. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the order of the Family Court as also the order passed by this Court stand complied with. Learned counsel, on instructions from the respondent, who is present in Court, submits that a Fixed Deposit Receipt in the sum of Rs.35.0 lakhs stands deposited with the Family Court. Undertaking of the father of the respondent has also been produced in Court, which is seen and returned to enable the respondent to file the same in the Registry. Advance copy has been supplied. Mr. Jauhar, learned counsel for the appellant has handed over the original Passport of the minor child to the counsel for the respondent, who in turn, has handed over the same to the respondent.
