% 20.11.2018 On the last date of hearing, petitioner was produced in custody who stated that his family was residing in B-116, Rajveer Colony, Gharoli, Kondli, Near Shankhwar Hospital, Delhi. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that this address is also incorrect and no family member of the petitioner was found residing there. Since the antecedents of the petitioner cannot be verified, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner for establishing social ties or to file SLP and the petitioner would be at liberty to avail the remedy of filing the SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court by availing the services of legal aid available in the Jail.
