% 08.03.2018 By this petition the petitioner challenges the communication dated 25th April, 2017 rejecting parole to the petitioner in view of the fact that two weeks furlough was granted to the petitioner on 10th November, 2016. A perusal of the nominal roll reveals that after the communication dated 25th April, 2017 rejecting the application for grant of parole, petitioner has been granted twice furlough by the competent authority. Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent Tihar Jail.
