CORAM:

O R D E R
% 11.12.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and also challenges the communication dated 14th August, 2018 whereby his application for parole was declined. A status report has been handed-over which is taken on record which expresses apprehension of the petitioner jumping the parole, despite the fact that as per the nominal roll the petitioner has been released on parole/furlough earlier and he has not misused the said concession. Considering that the last parole to the petitioner was with effect from 27th October, 2017 and the last furlough for a period of three weeks was with effect from 15th June, 2018 and no further material has been placed including the revised nominal roll before this Court to show that petitioner was granted furlough after 15th June, 2018, this Court deems it fit to grant W.P.(CRL) 3124/2018
parole to the petitioner. It is therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
Petition is disposed of.
Copy of this order be communicated to the petitioner through Mandoli Jail.
