By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file a Special Leave Petition. The petitioner was convicted by the learned Trial Court for offences punishable under Sections 302/148/324/452 IPC however in appeal before this Court the petitioner was acquitted for offence punishable under Section 302 IPC and the sentence under Sections 148/324 was upheld and under Section 452 IPC the same was modified. 2.

As per the nominal roll, the remaining portion of the petitioner's sentence is 4 months and 12 days.

Considering the unexpired portion of the sentence, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner.

Petition is dismissed.
