% 11.10.2018 IA 14164/2018 Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Arb.P. 774/2018 Counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.05.2018 executed between the parties.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner through another counsel had earlier filed an application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 vide Diary no.85246/2018. The Registry had raised certain objections in the said petition. As in the meantime, the petitioner had changed the counsel, the petition was not followed up and is still lying in objection. In view of the settlement, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the said petition as well.

The petition filed vide Diary No.85246/2018 be also treated as withdrawn.
