The decree holder is seeking correction of the order dated 11th December, 2018 insofar as the word 'judgment debtor' has been mentioned instead of 'decree holder' in last line of para 3. 2.

The application is allowed and para 3 of the order dated 11th December, 2018 is corrected and the word 'judgment debtor' is corrected and be read as 'decree holder'. The corrected para 3 of the order dated 11th December, 2018 shall read as under:

"EX.APPL.(OS) 462/2018 is allowed and the decree passed by this Court is transferred to the District Judge, Lucknow. The Registry shall issue the necessary certificate for transfer of the decree under Order XXI Rule 6 of the Code of Civil Procedure to the decree holder."

Copy of this order be sent to the judgment debtor. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the decree holder under the signature of the court Master.
