Despite service, there is no representation on behalf of first respondent.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a concise Representation would be made to first respondent within four weeks from today. If it is so done, then first respondent shall pass a speaking order on petitioner's Representation so made, within a period of six weeks from its receipt and fate of petitioner's Representation be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
