% 26.11.2018 Learned counsel for the appellants-claimants submits that the appellants-claimants are facing financial hardship and require the entire compensation amount. He further submits that the State Bank of India, Dwarka Courts Branch be directed to transfer/release the entire Awarded amount into the savings bank account of appellants-claimants of their choice.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellants-claimants and for the reasons mentioned in the petition, the prayer is allowed with directions to the Manager, State Bank of India, Dwarka Court Branch to release/transfer the entire Awarded amount into the savings bank account of appellants-claimants along with the interest accrued

thereon, if any, in the proportion and in the manner indicated in the impugned Award, forthwith, after due verification, as per rules. The Manager, State Bank of India, Dwakra Courts Branch, be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance. With aforesaid directions, the petition is disposed of.
