% 31.10.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant-claimant submits that the appellant is facing financial hardship and requires the entire compensation amount i.e. Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only). Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection, if the awarded amount is released in favour of claimant. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellantclaimant and for the reasons mentioned in the petition, the petition is allowed with directions to the Manger, State Bank of India, Rohini Court Branch to release/transfer the Awarded amount into the account of appellant-claimant being No.2011101023929 along with the interest accrued thereon, if any, forthwith, as per rules.
The Manger, State Bank of India, Rohini Court Branch, be apprised of
this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance. With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Copy of this order be given dasti.
