% 10.10.2018 1.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner stating inter alia that the respondents are in wilful default/disobedience of the order dated 23.08.2018, passed in W.P.(C) No.7501/2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the order dated 23.08.2017 passed in the captioned writ petition wherein, two weeks' time had been granted to comply with an earlier order dated 28.08.2017.
2.
On 28.08.2017, while issuing notice in the writ petition, the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner was recorded to the effect that in the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner [WP(C) 5356/2015], an order had been passed on 21.07.2016, that the respondents were required to take a reasoned decision, whereas the order dated CONT.CAS(C) 788/2018
03.06.2017, passed by the respondents, should not be treated as a reasoned decision.
3.
Mr. Kirtiman Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that a copy of the reasoned decision directed to be furnished to the petitioner has been conveyed vide letter dated 07.09.2018 and the same is nothing but a reiteration of the observations in the note dated 27.04.2017 of the Hon'ble Raksha Rajya Mantri as contained in the noting file, as stated in para 4 of the letter dated 07.09.2018. He therefore states that compliances have been duly made.
4.
We are not inclined to entertain the present petition. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the order dated 07.09.2018 or the manner that it has been passed, he shall be entitled to take such pleas at time of addressing arguments in the writ petition. The petition is disposed of. HIMA KOHLI, J REKHA PALLI, J OCTOBER 10, 2018 na/j CONT.CAS(C) 788/2018
