Quashing of FIR No.77/2007, registered at police station Special Cell (SB), Lodhi Colony, New Delhi and the charges framed is sought in this petition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State informs that the matter is now pending before the trial court for recording of statement of petitioner under Section 313 of Cr.P.C. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to trial court to expeditiously proceed with the trial of this case.
