% 01.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.280/2014 under Sections 323/341/427/506/34 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. It is submitted that at the time of incident, respondent no. 2 was 17 years of age. Now, she is a major. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Rajender Singh, P.S. Malviya Nagar. Petitioners and respondent no. 2 are neighbours. A perusal of the FIR shows that a quarrel took place between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 on parking of the motorcycle in front of house of the

respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and vide a Memorandum of Understanding dated 9th June, 2017.

She submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further.

Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent n. 2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No.280/2014 under Sections 323/341/427/506/34 IPC registered at police station Malviya Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
