The present petition is filed impugning the order dated 23.08.2018 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge in CC No. 464497/2016 filed under Section 23 DV Act, whereby the petitioner was directed to pay the interim maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has since expired on 07.06.2019. The death certificate has been placed on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the connected revision petition being CRL.REV.P. 469/2019 arising out of the same order was dismissed as withdrawn by the respondent on the ground that the respondent Niket Mishra, has expired.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of alongwith pending applications.
