% 03.12.2018 Crl. M.A. 48671-72/2018 The petitioner was granted seven weeks parole on account of marriage of his daughter. The wedding ceremony is over now. The petitioner is stated to have borrowed some monies for the marriage, etc., and seeks to repay the same by sale of his property in Gurgaon, which is jointly owned by him and his brother who lives in another country. The latter has travelled to India to sell the property. The petitioner submits that a buyer has been identified; transfer documents are being prepared. He would like to submit the same on record on the next date of hearing. Renotify on 5.12.2018.
