This application stands disposed of accordingly. W.P.(C) 11382/2018 1.

The petitioner, vide the present petition, seeks direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner to NETRA Department to the post of Scientist on the basis of Circular dated 30.09.2017. In the light of new policy, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.12.2017, however, the same has not yet been decided.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of respondents accept notice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of NTPC submits that the Circular/Policy dated 30.09.2017 is qua the job rotation and has nothing to do with the transfer. Thus, he submits that the present writ petition deserves to be dismissed.

The fact remains that the petitioner made a representation on 19.12.2017 and the respondents have not communicated the outcome of the representation to the petitioner.

While disposing of the present petition, I hereby direct the respondent No. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 19.12.2017 made by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today after dealing with all the averments made in the representation and if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision to be taken by respondent No. 2, he is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

The decision taken by the respondent no. 2 shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of decision in writing.
