% 09.05.2018 Co.Appl.579/2018 The applicant submits that the Ex.Directors of the respondent company are trying to settle their dues with the creditors and mediation for the same is pending before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. It is urged by learned counsel for the petitioner and also for the Ex.Directors that they would like to try and settle all the disputes through mediation.

I am informed that Ms.Kiran Kalra has been appointed as the Mediator in the connected matters.

The Mediation Centre is accordingly requested to nominate her for the present petition. The parties to appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre today at 3:00 PM as other connected matters are also listed at that time.

A copy of this order be given dasti under signatures of the court master, as prayed.
