1. The matter was originally listed on 13th September, 2016. Since the same was declared holiday on account Id-ul-Zuha in terms of Notification No.2092/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 9th September, 2016, the matter is being taken up today.

2. Learned counsel for the parties state that they are willing to explore the possibility of settlement through mediation. Accordingly, the parties will appear before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre („DHCMCC‟) on 29th September 2016 at 3.30 pm.
