1. It is submitted that the present matter has already been disposed of by the Hon'ble Court vide judgment dated 25/04/2024.

2. File is taken up on 30/05/2024 on Office Note wherein Registry sought certain clarifications regarding valuation.

I.A.No.1827/2025 (under Order V Rule 20 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner for publication of summons)

1. By way of captioned IA, the petitioner seeks permission to serve LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2 through publication.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has mentioned the details/address of LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2 in the amended memo of parties filed along with IA No.37870/2024 (under Order XXII Rule 3 CPC) and the said LRs No.2C & 2D of respondenet The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. no.2 may be served through publication.

3. Heard. Record perused.

4. Perusal of amended memo of parties filed along with IA No.37870/2024 shows that the petitioner has mentioned the address of LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2.

5. In view of the service report of the notices issued to LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2, I am satisfied that they could be served through ordinary mode and it would be appropriate if the said LRs of respondent no.2 are served by way of publication.

6. Accordingly, the captioned IA is allowed. Let LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2 be served through publication in the newspaper 'Rashtriya Sahara' (Hindi Edition) & 'Times of India' (English Edition) having publication in Delhi, on filing of PF and deposit of necessary charges, returnable on 21st May, 2025.

7. IA stands disposed of.

I.A.No.37870/2024 (under Order XXII Rule 3 CPC filed on behalf of the petitioner for bringing the LRs of respondent no.2 on record)

8. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent no.3 & 4 are the legal heirs of respondent no.2.

9. LRs No.2C & 2D of respondent no.2 are yet to be served and they have been directed to be served through publication by way of above order.

10. Re-notify the matter for further proceedings on 21st May, 2025.
