O R D E R

% 02.11.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR has been lodged after two years. Prosecutrix is a married woman. Prosecutrix was working with the petitioner. Petitioner had never promised to marry the prosecutrix. Prosecutrix had earlier filed a similar complaint with the SHO of police station Shakarpur on 16th May, 2017. On 17th May, 2017 she gave in writing to the SHO that she was not willing to pursue her complaint. On 22nd May, 2017 prosecutrix again gave a letter to SHO of police station Shakarpur stating therein that she had made a complaint against the petitioner on 15th May, 2017 out of anger and was not willing to pursue the same. Complaint dated 15th/16th May, 2017, letters dated 17th May, 2017 and 22nd May, 2017

have been placed on record and perused.

Investigations are complete.

Petitioner is in custody for eight months.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
