% 11.10.2018 The previous bail application before the court of sessions was dismissed by order dated 21.05.2018. The petitioner had earlier come up before this Court with bail application No. 1691/2018 which was withdrawn and dismissed accordingly by order dated 23.07.2018. The counsel for the petitioner submits that evidence of material witness has come up on record and on that basis she has come up with fresh bail application. If that is so, the petitioner may first approach the court of sessions.
At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail petition with liberty to approach the court of sessions.
