Learned APP accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for the last more than eight months.

Investigations are complete.

Charge-sheet has been filed, inasmuch as, charges have been framed. It is contended that petitioner has been falsely implicated by the complainant. Learned APP contends that petitioner had entered in the house of the complainant at about 8:00 pm and committed theft. He was apprehended at the spot, however, his accomplices ran away and could not be apprehended.

Stolen articles have been recovered from the petitioner. Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
