Status report has been received from the Superintendent, Jail, which also encloses a prescription of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Petitioner was examined on several dates. Prescriptions of 05.11.2018 and 08.11.2018 have been produced. 2.

Learned APP appearing for the State, under instructions, submits that the petitioner shall be provided with the treatment strictly in accordance with the prescription of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner requires use of a western toilet as well as a hard bed. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention to the medical card issued by the Medical Officer, Central Jail. BAIL APPLN. 2421/2018

The Superintendent, Jail is directed to ensure that the petitioner is provided the facility of a western toilet or a portable seat, which could be used as a western toilet and a hard bed. 5.

No further directions are called for in this petition. 6.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
