Petitioner impugns order dated 18.05.2015, whereby, the interim maintenance of the petitioner was assessed. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending consideration of these proceedings final order has been passed on 30.10.2018 and the petitioner is taking steps for impugning the said order and, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all pleas while challenging the final order. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
