Learned counsel for the respondents hand over the order dated 21st March, 2016, issued by the Office of the Commandant HQ, 25 Battalion, BSF Chhawla Camp, New Delhi, conveying the approval of the competent authority to conduct one man Court of Inquiry to find out the circumstances under which the petitioner had suffered from a series of illness while posted in Lakhimpur, Orissa and whether there is any W.P.(C) 7524/2015
correlation between the said illness and the renal disease suffered by the petitioner that has led to the recommendation of his kidney transplantation. The aforesaid order is taken on record. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents states that though the aforesaid order dated 21st March, 2016, has noted that the proceedings of the one man Court of Inquiry shall be concluded and submitted by 30th March, 2016, but the time line may be extended so that a comprehensive inquiry can be conducted in respect of petitioner's medical condition. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner is agreeable to the said submission. 4.
Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, the present petition is disposed of in the light of the order dated 21st March, 2016, by directing to respondents to conduct a one man Court of Inquiry for going into the petitioner's complaint and conclude the same within six weeks.

The petition is disposed of.
