% 07.01.2016 Petitioner has joined investigation. This is confirmed by the learned APP for the State under instructions from the Investigating Officer. It is stated that challan shall be filed within two weeks. Accordingly, in continuation of order dated 31.7.2015 on the undertaking of the petitioner that he will continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer, in the event of arrest petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Petition disposed of.
