CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 12.10.2018 As per the allegations in the FIR No.732/2018 registered on 25.08.2018, under Section 324 IPC on the statement of the victim girl, she was involved in an affair with the petitioner. He allegedly entered into her house forcibly and stabbed in her back with the knife in the late night hours. Though it may be that he took her to the hospital and she may have indicated the injuries to have been suffered due to fall from balcony, the theory of such fall has been found to be incorrect, the medical opinion being to the contrary. In the FIR, she has indicated that she was confined by the petitioner even though she was bleeding and she was under threats not to disclose the facts. In this fact situation, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
Dismissed.
