% 22.02.2016 I.A. No. 2532/2016 This application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC has been jointly moved by the parties to record their settlement. The application is signed by the parties as well as the counsels representing them and is supported by the affidavit of Mr. Shabeer Abdulla Akkankandi-the defendant and Ms. Jennifer Powers, the authorized signatory of the plaintiff. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, they are accepted and the parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement. The suit is decreed in terms of para 72(a) and (b) of the plaint. The plaintiff does not press this suit qua the reliefs sought in paras 72(c), (d), (e) and (f). Decree-sheet be prepared accordingly.
