% 09.10.2017 Status report of even date has been received from the Superintendent, Central Jail No.3, Tihar, New Delhi.

It is mentioned that the petitioner has been on regular treatment from Jail duty doctors and Jail visiting Specialist. He is also taken to AIIMS Hospital as per rules. It is further reported that the petitioner was taken to AIIMS Hospital for follow-up treatment on 12.09.2017, 19.09.2017 and 03.10.2017 and his general condition is fair and satisfactory. He has been provided all medicines from the Jail Dispensary itself. His appointment is now scheduled for 17.10.2017 in the AIIMS Hospital. In these circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the application. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. The next date of 25.10.2017 is hereby cancelled.
