% 23.02.2017 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement dated 20.01.2017. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the suit stands disposed of. The defendants shall remain bound by their undertaking in the settlement and it shall be considered as an undertaking given in the Court.

Since the matter stands settled before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, a certificate of refund of court fee in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fee Act and Section 89 of CPC shall be issued in favour of the plaintiff.
