TR.P.(C.) 49/2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, by way of this petition, is seeking transfer of an appeal i.e. RCA No.58/2014 which is pending before the Court of Mr. Mahavir Singhal, ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari to the Court of Dr. Kamini Lau, ADJ, Central District, Tis Hazari where another appeal inter-se the parties i.e. RCA No. 31/2013 is pending. It is an admitted that the appeal pending before the Court of Dr. Kamini Lau is at the final stage of hearing. Accordingly, the RCA No. 58/2014 pending in the Court of Mr. Mahavir Singhal, ADJ, West District, Tis Hazari is directed to be transferred to the Court of Dr. Kamini Lau, ADJ, Central District, Tis

Hazari. This is to avoid conflict of judgments. Parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, West, District, Tis Hazari on 27.01.2016 who shall assign this file to the Court of Dr. Kamini Lau, ADJ, Central District, Tis Hazari.
