Crl.M.A.No.14104/2017 (modification) in CRL.M.C. 3300/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of order dated 22.08.2017 passed by this Court. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the direction given by this Court vide order dated 22.08.2017, the petitioner surrendered before the concerned Trial Court and moved his bail application. Learned senior counsel further submits that the said bail moved on behalf of the petitioner has not been decided by the Trial Court and the

same has been kept pending for 31.08.2017 and prays that necessary direction may be issued to the Trial Court.

Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice. In view of the submission made by learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the Court below is directed to dispose of the bail application of the petitioner on or before 31.08.2017 on its own merit and in terms of the order dated 22.08.2017.

The present application stands disposed of.
