Parents of petitioner No. 2 are present in Court they state that the petitioner No. 2 is a major and they have no objection to the said marriage, W.P.(CRL) 3169/2018

however, henceforth they do not want to maintain any relation with the petitioner No. 2.

In view of statement of respondent No. 4 and his wife who are present in Court, no further orders are required to be passed. Petition is disposed of.
