% 11.10.2017 Learned counsel for the parties state that they have settled the matter. It is pointed out that the respondents have agreed to pay the dues of the petitioner in schedules which are mentioned at page no. 64 of the affidavit which is dated 11.09.2017 of Mr. Rajesh Gupta. It is also pointed out that out of the schedule mentioned above, a sum of Rs. 64 lacs has already been paid by the respondent in instalments due for the months of August and September, 2017. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent undertakes to abide by the schedule.

Binding the respondent to the schedule, the present petition is disposed of.

In the eventuality of any default by the respondent, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take steps as per law. JAYANT NATH, J.
