% 29.03.2016 The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the challan has been filed in the matter so there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner. Consequently, she wishes to withdraw the present application but seeks liberty to avail appropriate remedy under Section 437 Cr.P.C. before the Trial Court.
