Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred to challenge the legality and correctness of an order dated 24.07.20 15 in case FIR No.447/2015 registered under Sections 498A/377/354/506/34 IPC at PS Jagat Puri by which interim protection to the ir petitioner was not given.

I)uring the course of arguments it was informed that the matter has been settled between the parties. Complainant has informed that first motion has since been granted. She has no objection to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Since the matter has been settled and the terms and conditions of the settlement are being acted upon, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Z 50,000/- with one surety each in the CRL.M.C. 3018/2015 By:AMULYA
