CRL.M.C. 5418/2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since he has not made the remaining accused persons as petitioners, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition seeking quashing of the same FIR No.558/2014 registered u/s 34/406/498A of the IPC at P.S. Aman Vihar and all consequential proceedings emanating from the said FIR.

Leave as prayed for is granted with liberty as prayed for. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
