O.M.P.(I) 379/2015 Learned counsel for the parties submit that the learned Arbitrator has already entered upon reference and the arbitration proceedings are in progress. They agreed that the present petition be treated as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by the learned Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly.

The petitioner to file the copies of pleadings before the Arbitrator within two weeks. Reply and rejoinder to this petition be filed by the parties directly before the Arbitrator.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection if the interim order dated 11th August,2015 continues till the same is modified or vacated by the Arbitrator. Ordered accordingly.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
