CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN SINGH

O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The petitioners have filed the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the interim Award dated 16th May, 2015 passed by the sole Arbitrator. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties for some time. With the consent of the parties, the present petition under Section 34 of the Act filed against the interim Award is disposed of, on the following directions: 1.

The petitioners will be entitled to re-agitate the objections before the Arbitrator as raised in the present petition at the time of final hearing of the matter.

The said objections shall be decided without the influence of the order of the interim Award dated 16th May, 2015.

2.

Needless to mention that in case the findings are arrived against

the petitioners, the petitioners would be entitled to raise the same very objections in a petition under Section 34 of the Act to be filed against the final Award by the Arbitral Tribunal. The present petition is disposed of accordingly. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
