This petition is filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') seeking appointment of an arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. 2.

The parties entered into an agreement on 08.03.2013. A renewal of the agreement was also executed on 01.05.2014. 3.

Dispute having arisen between the parties, the petitioner has invoked the arbitration clause on 04.03.2017.

The learned counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of respondent submits that his client has no objection in case a sole arbitrator is appointed by the court without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondents.

Accordingly, Mr. Gautam Narayan Advocate, Additional Standing Counsel, Govt. of NCT of Delhi (Mobile No. 9811411735) is appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration

Centre, New Delhi (in short 'The DIAC'). A copy of this order be sent to DIAC and to the learned arbitrator.

The petition stands disposed of as above.
